We do not guarantee that the followers received will interact with your account. The service guarantees delivery only.

We do not guarantee that 100% of delivered accounts will have profile photos, bios, posts, or complete setups, although we strive to ensure high quality whenever possible.

You agree not to upload or submit any content to PanelSMMPro that includes nudity, illegal material, or anything that violates the community guidelines of any social media platform.

Private accounts are not eligible for refunds. Ensure your account is public before placing an order.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the service description, the followers, likes, views, and other metrics delivered through PanelSMMPro are artificial and not real individuals.

PanelSMMPro does not endorse deceptive practices, including misleading others into believing that purchased engagement is organic.

Refund Policy

Payments made to PanelSMMPro are non-refundable. Once a deposit is completed, it cannot be reversed. The balance must be used within the platform.

You agree that once a payment is submitted, you will not file a dispute, chargeback, or claim with your bank or payment provider.

If a chargeback or dispute is filed after funding your account, PanelSMMPro reserves the right to:

Cancel all ongoing orders,

Remove delivered followers/likes/views from your or your clients’ accounts,

Orders that are already in process cannot be cancelled.
If an order cannot be delivered, you will receive a refund as balance to your PanelSMMPro wallet.

Orders placed on incorrect usernames, private accounts, or invalid links do not qualify for refunds. Double-check every order before submitting.

Using multiple providers or servers at the same time on the same link may cause incorrect results. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Fraudulent activity, such as using stolen or unauthorized credit cards, will lead to immediate termination of your account without exception.
